NATO Secretary-General had been invited to Moscow to SCO conference on the situation in Afghanistan
NATO Secretary-General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer had been invited to Moscow to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) conference scheduled to be held on March, 27, Russia's NATO envoy Dmitry Rogozin told Radio Echo Moskvy, following the results of NATO-Russia Council’s informal meeting in Brussels. It is worth mentioning the meeting of SCO would discuss the situation in Afghanistan and its influence on neighboring states.
